About Us

Estate Planning Council Members, Sponsors, and Guests,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 season! I’m thrilled and honored to be serving as the 72nd President of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all the past board members. Your hard work and dedication have been instrumental in sustaining and revitalizing our organization. While we experienced some hardships through the COVID epidemic, we continue to come back stronger with innovative ideas and fresh perspectives, including the launch of a brand new website and a great line-up of programming and events for the year ahead.

Our mission is to provide top-notch educational opportunities with relevant topics and engaging speakers and to create a welcoming space where estate planning professionals can network, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships. Personally, my years with this organization have connected me with many trusted local professionals. Together, we work as a team to serve our mutual clients’ estate planning needs. I encourage all of you to make the most of this organization to grow your own professional networks and expand your expertise in the field.

We always welcome and value your feedback and suggestions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any of the Council Board Members with your thoughts on how we can better serve you.

I’d also like to thank the current board members for volunteering their time and energy to plan our upcoming year. I’m confident that we’re in for another fantastic year filled with wonderful educational opportunities and, most importantly, lots of fun!

Our dinner meeting dates are now set and will once again be held at the Citrus Club from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. Please mark your calendars with the following dates:

  • September 12th, 2024
  • November 14th, 2024
  • January 16th, 2025
  • March 13th, 2025

To address rising costs and maintain the high quality of our programs, the Board has decided to adjust membership dues. For the 2024-2025 year, dues will be $400. However, members who renew by August 31st, 2024, will receive a discounted rate of $350. Members who are joining us for the first time will receive their first-year membership at $350.
