Sponsorship Opportunities

The Central Florida Estate Planning Council (CFEPC) is a growing network of approximately 115 professionals in the Central Florida area, representing attorneys, certified public accountants, life underwriters, trust officers, financial planners, and planned gift officers. CFEPC serves to provide top-quality education on a variety of estate planning topics throughout the year. Funding for events is made possible through a few sponsorship opportunities, available to both members and the greater community. Your sponsorship of CFEPC will enable you to highlight your company and its available services.

From August to May, there are 2 social events, 4 dinner meetings, 4 lunch & learns, and 4 webinar sessions provided by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). The dinners, lunch & learns, and webinars are approved for continuing education credits for attorneys, CPAs, CTFA, and CFP, depending on the topic and speaker. The four dinners and annual meeting begin with a five-minute update which highlights current developments impacting estate planning, such as statutory changes, case law, and tax laws. The annual meeting is a social event attended by a broader audience – each CFEPC member and their guest.

$1,000 Membership Kick-Off Event Sponsor (1 of 2 Filled - United Community Wealth)

  • Opportunity to attend the event for yourself and one guest
  • Present a brief (2-3 min) introduction of your organization at the event. 
  • Recognized as a sponsor on the invitation for the Kick-Off Event.
  • Recognized as the Kick-Off Event sponsor on the CFEPC website.
  • Opportunity to have a sponsor thank you message shared with attendees post-event.

$2,000 Five-Minute Update Sponsor (4 Dinner Meetings) (Sold - ASHAR GROUP)

  • Introduction of your organization at each meeting.
  • Electronic display of your organization’s logo during the Five-Minute Update.
  • Recognized as a sponsor at each event.
  • Recognized on the CFEPC website with a link to your website.

$2,000 Annual Meeting Sponsor (Sold - Dean Mead)

  • Admission to the event for yourself and one guest (two guests if sponsor is a member).
  • Present a brief (3-5 min) introduction of your organization at the event. 
  • Display your collateral at the registration table.
  • Recognized as a sponsor at each meeting and on the invitation for the Annual Meeting.
  • Recognized as an Annual Meeting sponsor on the CFEPC website with a link to your website.
  • Opportunity to have a sponsor thank you message shared with attendees post-event.

$1,500 Platinum Dinner Meeting Sponsor (We accept 4 sponsors)

  • Announced as the sponsor of one of our four dinner meetings. 
  • Admission to the sponsored dinner for yourself and one guest (two guests if sponsor is a member).
  • Present a brief (3-5 min) introduction of your organization at the dinner you are sponsoring. 
  • Distribute collateral at the dinner event you are sponsoring.
  • Recognized as a sponsor at each meeting and on the invitation for the dinner you are sponsoring.
  • Recognized as a platinum sponsor on the CFEPC website with a link to your website. 
  • Opportunity to have a sponsor thank you message shared with attendees post-event.

$2,000 for all four (4) sessions or $600 for 1 session - Lunch & Learn Sponsor (Sold - AKERMAN)

  • Recognized at each Lunch and Learn event.
  • Recognized as a sponsor in the invitation for the Lunch & Learns.
  • Recognized on the CFEPC website with a link to your website.

$2,000 for all four (4) sessions or $600 for 1 session - NAEPC Webinar Sponsor

  • Provide a brief (2 min) introduction prior to the start of the webinar
  • Recognized as a sponsor in the invitation for the webinars.
  • Recognized at each webinar.
  • Recognized on the CFEPC website.
  • Opportunity to have a sponsor thank you message shared with attendees post-event.

$500 Gold General Sponsor

  • Recognized as a sponsor on the CFEPC website.  Website will contain a banner identifying you or your organization as a sponsor and include a link to your website.
  • Recognized on the list of sponsors on display at each of the CFEPC meetings.
