CFEPC Sponsorship Opportunities 2022/2023
To ensure top-quality speakers on a variety of estate planning topics, CFEPC is increasing its funding by making sponsorship opportunities available to its members and the greater community. With a membership of approximately 120 professionals – including attorneys, certified public accountants, life underwriters, trust officers, and financial planners – your sponsorship of CFEPC will highlight your company and its available services.
CFEPC’s fiscal year runs July 1 – June 30. Throughout the year we have two social events, five dinner meetings, four lunch & learns, and four webinar sessions provided by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). The dinners, lunch & learns, and webinars are approved for continuing education credits for attorneys, CPAs, CTFA, and CFP, depending on the topic and speaker. The four dinners and year-end dinner meeting/social start off with a five-minute update regarding current developments in areas that impact estate planning such as statutory changes, case law, and tax laws.
Annual Opportunities Available
– Kickoff Event Sponsor ($750): Provides the opportunity to sponsor the initial kickoff event held in August prior to the first dinner meeting. The sponsor will receive recognition in the reception invitation, on the CFEPC website with a link to their website, and at the event.
– Five-Minute Update Sponsor ($2,000): Provides the opportunity to sponsor the five-minute update at each of the four regular dinners. The sponsor will be introduced at each meeting and their logo will be displayed electronically during the five-minute update. The sponsor will be recognized at each meeting, on the CFEPC website with a link to their website, and at the event.
– Annual Meeting Sponsor ($2,000): Provides the opportunity for the sponsor to distribute written materials at the check-in table and speak for three to five minutes at the lectern introducing their organization. The sponsor will be listed on the CFEPC website with a link to their website. They will also receive recognition at each meeting and in the annual meeting invitation and will receive admission to the dinner for themselves and one guest (two guests if the sponsor is a member). The annual meeting is attended by a broader audience – CFEPC members and their guests. This is a social event and as such, there is not a guest speaker.
– Platinum Dinner Sponsor ($1,500): Provides the opportunity to be a sponsor of one of our four dinner meetings. The sponsor may distribute written materials and speak for three to five minutes at the lectern introducing their organization. They will be identified as a platinum sponsor on the CFEPC website with a link to their website, will receive recognition as a sponsor at each meeting and in the dinner invitation they are sponsoring and will receive admission to the sponsored dinner for themselves and one guest (two guests if the sponsor is a member).
– Lunch & Learn Sponsorship ($500/$2,000): Allows for a sponsorship of $500 per lunch and learn event or $2,000 for all four lunches. The sponsor will receive recognition in the lunch and learn invitation, on the CFEPC website with a link to their website, and at each lunch and learn event.
– NAEPC Webinars ($500/$2,000): Allows for a sponsorship of $500 per webinar or $2,000 for all four webinars. At the start of each webinar, the sponsor will have the opportunity to speak for two minutes before the program to introduce their organization. The sponsor will receive recognition in the webinar invitation, on the CFEPC website with a link to their website, and at each webinar.
– Gold General Sponsorship ($500): Provides recognition on the CFEPC website and at the event. The website will contain a banner identifying the sponsor and will include a link to their website.
– Custom Sponsorship: We have a number of other unique opportunities for custom sponsorships that we would be happy to discuss with you. Sponsors will receive recognition as a custom sponsor in the invitation for the event, on the CFEPC website with a link to their website, and at the event.
